Hi,
Four hours is a risky time since you need to be
back in check in at least an hour or two prior to
your flight.
It takes about 15 minutes to travel with train to
Amsterdam central station.
As for visa, we have no idea, sorry.

I am flying to India via Adam. I have a 4 hour layover at SCHIPHOL. Can I get a transit visa fast enough to make it to the city for a smaoke?
